Winning Numbers: Random Chance or Scam?

Most of the 649 Lottery big jackpots winners are from Ontario and Quebec. Given that the majority of Canada’s population lives in Ontario and Quebec this could be totally within the laws of random chance of winning or is it? Is there another lottery scam just waiting to be uncovered? This is a fair question and one that should be answered. Players have raised concerns about whether or not the lottery draw is being manipulated. Players are within their rights to question the fairness of the lottery 649 draw in view of the scam that occurred in Ontario. Could there be a device installed within the lottery machine to adjust the odds much like slot machines? Who knows? One way to promote fairness and openness in the lottery draws would be to telecast them live on all the major television networks using actual balls instead of computer generated numbers. This was done when the lottery 649 began in 1982. Why isn’t it being done now? If the draws were telecast nation-wide there would be much less chance that the draw is being rigged. A few more scams and players may begin to boycott the lottery, stop buying tickets, and choose another game to play.

What are your thoughts on this?
