What would you do if you won the big jackpot? My first reaction would be to check and recheck the numbers to make sure that I had in fact won. Then I'd experience total shock, joy, and disbelief at my good fortune. I'd have trouble keeping it to myself until I'd actually claimed my prize and sat down with a financial planner to figure out the best way to manage my jackpot winnings. Personally, this is what I'd do:
1. Invest a major portion of my jackpot winnings in low to medium risk investments with a smaller portion in higher risk/bigger dividend investments to perpetuate my wealth for future generations.
2. Do and buy some things that I've always wanted to do.
3. Pay off the balance on my mortgage and any debts I may have.
3. I would help my family members financially. For example, I would establish a scholarship fund for family members, who meet the academic criteria and want to attend a college or university, have the money to do so. I would also help family members pay off their mortgages. I would also establish a scholarship fund for students in general who meet the entrance criteria but you cannot afford to attend a college or a university.
4. Combat child poverty and homelessness. For example, I'd fund education programs in our schools and construct low income housing in the community for working families living below the poverty line for starters.
5. Think of more ways to help others and to make the world a better place in which to live.
This is how I'd spend my big jackpot winnings. There's no way that I can solve all the world's problems but at least I'd be able to make a significant and positive difference in the lives of a few people. In the meantime I will continue to use the Lotto Fun Lotto Game at www.playlottofun.com to play small to win big! I've had some success using the program and who knows I might just hit the jackpot and make my wishlist come true. Until then, good luck and happy playing!
What would you do if you won big? I'm interested in knowing what you'd do if you won. Please email your comments to me. Thanks.
Best regards,
Me, the dreamer!
